LEXINGTON, Ky. - Freshmen receiver Aaron Boyd, speaking to WTVQ at UK Fan Day Saturday evening at Commonwealth Stadium, said if he hasn't fully recovered from his bout with mono by the Louisville game on August 31, he'd consider redshirting this year. Boyd, out of Henry Clay High School in Lexington, is the younger brother of former UK quarterback Shane Boyd. Aaron Boyd was expected to challenge for playing time at receiver, but said mono "crept up" on him shortly after he arrived on campus. |
