45 year old James Helton, of Nicholasville, was arrested Monday evening for allegedly approaching a 10 and 11-year-old girl while working as an ice cream truck driver..
According to police Helton allegedly told the girls he would give them free ice cream if they would go for a ride and also wear swim suits to his house...
Helton is now facing four counts of Felony Child Enticement.
